Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-11

Welcome to GA Lite (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using any feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

GA Lite is a multi-site analytics dashboard that connects to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) accounts via OAuth, aggregates metrics across every site you own, and optionally exposes the same data through a remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint so AI clients can read it. The Service is read-only against your analytics data — we never modify or delete events on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account. Notify us immediately at support@galite.io if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to connect only Google accounts and GA4 properties for which you have legitimate access rights.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • (a) infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party
  • (b) connect or query GA4 properties you do not have legitimate access to, or whose owner has not authorized you to view
  • (c) share your account credentials, API keys, or MCP endpoint URL in a way that allows other parties to bypass our billing or rate limits
  • (d) attempt to bypass, probe, or interfere with the Service's security, rate limits, authentication, or moderation systems
  • (e) resell, sublicense, scrape, or otherwise commercialize the aggregated analytics output in a manner not contemplated by these Terms
  • (f) use the Service to build a competing analytics product by exporting bulk data not associated with your own properties

4. Your Content & Connected Data

Your account inputs. You retain ownership of any prompts, configurations, site names, and URLs you submit. By submitting them, you grant GA Lite a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit those inputs solely to operate the Service.

Your analytics data. Analytics metrics fetched from Google Analytics 4 remain owned by you and the underlying property owner. We act as a transient processor that fetches, caches briefly (typically 60 seconds), and displays those metrics on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of raw analytics data and do not redistribute it to third parties beyond what is required to render your dashboards or fulfill MCP requests you initiate.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service offers a free read-only tier with limits and one or more paid tiers with higher quotas. Pricing and limits are shown at the point of purchase. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled from your account page. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payment, infrastructure, and the underlying Google Analytics 4 Data API. We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or actions of those third parties. Your use of any third-party integration, including Google, is subject to that provider's own terms. Google Analytics 4 itself is a Google product subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any metric displayed will match the exact numbers reported by Google Analytics 4 at any given moment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA Lite and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your integrations and deleting your account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page or by an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
