Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase from GA Lite. If something goes wrong with the Service itself — for example, a connected GA4 property is unreachable for an extended period due to a bug on our side — we will always make it right at no cost to you. The rules below cover discretionary refunds for change-of-mind or partial-use scenarios.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request is eligible only when the request falls within the window for the relevant plan. Requests submitted after the window will be declined.

Monthly subscription Within 7 days
Annual subscription Within 14 days
One-time purchase Within 7 days

A value of "no limit" means there is no time cutoff for that plan.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • (a) requests submitted outside the time window above
  • (b) accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including any prohibited use or abuse of the Service
  • (c) chargebacks initiated without first contacting us

How to Request a Refund

Email support@galite.io from the address associated with your account, including (1) the order or transaction reference, (2) the plan you purchased, and (3) a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via our payment provider; the time it takes for the funds to appear depends on that provider.
